How can U answer this?

There are 2 persons selling mangoes.Both of them have 30 similar mangoes each.The first person sells 2 mangoes for Rs. 1(thereby he can earn Rs. 15 for himself) and the second person sells 3 mangoes for Rs. 1(thereby he can earn Rs.10 for himslef).Their total earning will Rs. 25.
Now the first person had some urgent work for the day and was not able to go to the market to sell mangoes so he gives his 30 mangoes to the second person asking him to sell the same at the normal rate at which he sells.
The second person now has 60 mangoes with him and instead of selling separately as 2 for Rs.1 & 3 for Rs. 1 ..... he sells 5 for Rs. 2. The earning is now only Rs. 24.
How did the earning reduce when the number of mangoes and their selling rate is same ?

This is a tricky question but a very logical one.Think for sometime...it's all in mathematics.

Answer:
2 for Rs. 1 means 50.00 paise per mango,
3 for Rs. 1 means 33.33 paise per mango, and
5 for Rs. 2 means 40.00 paise per mango

now when the second person is selling at the new rate he is making a profit of 6.67 paise on his lot of 30 mangoes but a loss of 10.00 paise on his friends lot of 30 mangoes.
Net loss is 3.33 paise per mango for 30 mangoes which equals to 100 paise or Rs. 1
